I believe Classroom Management is the key component in any educational setting, and if students are in a safe environment, then learning can take place.

In terms of creating a safe environment for all to learn, I create an environment with positive student-teacher relationships. Especially in diverse classrooms where many students are from different backgrounds, I try to create an environment where student  do not feel that they are being treated unfairly.

Discipline Policy:

When consequences are given, students learn because it is related and reasonable. Therefore, they will be able to attribute the punishment to their wrongdoing.

I believe the most important part of classroom management is not the behavior problems but creating a good relationship with the students, encouraging them to succeed, and setting high expectations for them.
